Neat and huge units with private bathroom above a pub and even the toothbrush plus at least a basin. Stunning, unbeatable location in the well-kept area. Very easy to get from Whakatane airport, just 15 km.

The staff were welcoming at all times. The location of the hotel was marvellous and stunning - just a short walk away from Pohaturoa Rock. Besides, it was near all relevant shops and the centre and most eateries and the beach.

Our stay was pleasant, with clean rooms and comfortable linens. The location in the center of town was convenient. The outside balcony was a nice addition for enjoying the view. The upstairs guest lounge was a cozy spot. Great service and delicious fish and chips at the restaurant.

Brand-new room with stunningly beautiful views of town. Electric blankets, lovely bed. Location adjacent to Kohi Point walking trail and the shopping district and the town centre. Really nice stay, as always.

The beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. We were able to easily explore the town and attend our meeting. The room was tidy and clean, with fresh sheets that were very pleasant. having a pub below the hotel was a great advantage for meals and convenience during our stay.
The lack of an elevator, which made it challenging for my partner who uses a walking stick. It would also be beneficial if the kitchen was open longer at night, as we would have loved to enjoy a cuppa when we returned.
